You get these promotions if the people at Stardock think you are being helpful on forums or writting guides and things like that. It doesn't have anything to do with your metaverse score ~SDC~
Oh, I thought the influence bug he was referring to the fact that sometimes, especially after a reload, the system incorrectly calculates influence for half a dozen turns. The graph gets spikey because it does it for everybody. I thought this was a known bug
I don't think this is a bug. It does this because if it didn't the games would take alot longer to load. ~SDC~
It's anomalous, it could mean one of several things. You might have a mod that caused it, or you may have enabled cheat keys. If you haven't done either of those you may just need to resubmit it. Sometimes resubmitting an anomalous game will fix it. ~SDC~
I don't believe there is anyone at Stardock who's only job is to watch the forums and respond to questions. No one may even be working at Stardock at this time anyways. They don't have time to read every thread and every post in every thread. And from what I've seen in experience the language you have used in two posts now may get you exiled rather than get you any help. ~SDC~
The invisible ship bug is older than 1.1. Just save then reload the game and all ships should be visible again. ~SDC~
Yes that last post might get someone at Stardocks attention. But due to the language it may just get you exiled. ~SDC~
why does everyone say turn it to 100% surely that'd mean u lose money?
Yes you make less money than if it was lower but if your economy is good enough it's not a problem. And the higher your spend rate the quicker things are built. ~SDC~
And the bug about error 0 when submitting the game would be fixed too.
I don't that is a bug. I'm pretty sure error 0 means no error. ~SDC~
I lost the tech race to a friendly rival in my latest Maso game. The game didn't end on the spot? I was allowed to play on, to continue. I kept going, as I was already on the last tech myself, but when I got to Final Frontier sixty turns later, the game didn't end then either. What gives? Is that is how the "Alien Tech Victory" is supposed to work? It doesn't actually cause you to lose, but instead takes the tech victory off the table?
Thats how it's supposed to work righ
I don't they are near a beta yet, Galactic Civilazations is still their priority. ~SDC~
I believe your problem is the game is set to be played at a minimum resolution of 1024x768 ~SDC~
So why i heard about new map size?
1.1 Gigantic is bigger than Gigantic used to be. ~SDC~
If you have Stardock Central you can go under Tools-Lookup Serial Number. ~SDC~
Galactic Civilizations really is a game you should not buy used. Your only chance is to get help from the last owner of the game or buy it new. Stardock probably won't help you. ~SDC~
If someone is exiled for swearing or an otherwise offensive language that post is usually deleted. Which could be why you think it was just because of an opinion, which wouldn't be true.
Stardock has said there never muliplayer in any form in Galactic Civilizations, maybe in GC2 possibly but not before that. ~SDC~
I had two wallpapers waiting approval, but now they have just disappeared from "my skins." No email and the wallpapers arent posted. Is this trouble part of the move? Thanks You don't get any e-mail or any other word if they are rejected. <img src="http://imag
Very few people will probably be able to answer DestoktopX questions on a forum specifically for the Galactic Civilzations game. You should go to wincustomize.com and post on one of the forums there. ~SDC~
You really shouldn't put a problem for Desktop X in a forum meant specifically for the Galactic Civilzations game. You should put it in one of the Wincustomize forums. ~SDC~
Ohhh! Sorry guys. That TheOneRing.net site isn't loved much by Ad-aware. It reports a "Tracking Cookie Object". A tracking cookie doesn't mean anything that bad really. I get some on a daily basis and the only sites I go to generally on a daily basis are hotmail and yahoo run sites from their main page. <A HREF="https://www.wi

It's not stealth it's a bug, reloading your game should fix it. ~SDC~
I didn't think it was really flamming either but if that wasn't it I have no idea what he meant.
Hash-On-Boat, really? I think this is what he meant by flamming I can't see anything else that anyone could call flamming.
You can't submit a game with two different names. So it would probably be best to e-mail Stardock and see if they will fix it. I'm not what the address is, someone else should though. ~SDC~
