Desktop x doesn't show its right click menu

I used to see a colorful, useful and convinient menu when I right clicked on the wallpaper and having Desktop x working. A compresed Star Menu,including a Turn of button appeared . But I can,t see it anymore. I have tried reinstaling everything from scrash (Stardock) but all that I've got is the plain & grey right click menu.

You really shouldn't put a problem for Desktop X in a forum meant specifically for the Galactic Civilzations game. You should put it in one of the Wincustomize forums.
