I don't think governor is a title, I've at least never seen one. The only titles I've seen are Citizen, Veteran, Diplomat Ambassador, Senator and Avatar. And of course Senator and Avatar is reserved for Stardock employees. I don't know if Diplomats or Ambassadors get anything special of thier own or not. ~SDC~
