Delete the clock and then create a new one....new one should jive with system clock
That's the right one....pull up Windows Update, scan and see if it shows 811493 as available, if it doesn't it means it's on your machine (you need to get rid of it) Click on installed updates and see if it shows there..... there's always hope........ [Message Edited]

Check in 'add and remove programs' see if Hotfix Q811493 is installed...if it is un-install it and re-boot........
Thanks for the heads up....I'd like to get all these hackers in one room and use a WMD on them
Same answer...one at a time........
I assume when you say 'mass' you mean all at one time......stop looking, can't be done. Don't know why anyone would want to......... [Message Edited]
for what it's worth...I get the same thing in other proggies that have nothing to do with WB and I use a CRT monitor. It drove crazy too, but I finally gave up trying to find a work around. I assume if the font can be changed then the problem could be addressed, but no luck here <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smil

yep.........if however it would make you feel better about it then move your icon files and un-install old version, install new version and move icons back........
I think WOM is right...as I remember it was 100 and then it was changed to 50....
Apocalypse_67 - "it's been two weeks since my last format"(....hummmmmmmm...I think I used to say that in confession....... ). Just did mine a week ago when I went from Via To nVidia board...had to call Bill Gates to get permission slip..<img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/joke.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle
As long as the present Iconpackager folder is in 'program files/stardock/object desktop' it will overwrite it and there will be no need to move your icon files...if your present folder is anywhere else then move your icons to a temp folder, uninstall old version, install new version and move icon files into the new folder........ <A HREF="https://www.wincustomize.com/index.asp?Cmd=full&Ne
ATI drivers run into the same thing...although they've really gotten their act together of late. Since you have a Geforce 2 you might want to drop down to a Detonator 3 driver (the 4 series seems to be a little 'punch-drunk' lately). The 3 series will give you everything your card is capable of and you won't have the hassle of the new drivers for the things you can't use........http://www.nvidia.com/view.asp?IO=winxp-2k_archive <A HREF="https://www.wincustomize.com/index.asp?Cm
and it refused to see my winXP cd, making it rather hard to run it *sigh* This is like 'the computer from hell' I admire your patience...I think I would have blown it up by now. Before you do as Jafo suggests (and I think that's where you'll end up) go to Dev

ah..........there is one other thing (it's the reason I asked you what machine you were using). On some 'pre-loaded' Xp computers you can't change the bios. You can change anything else you want but not that. It's the price paid for never having to 're-acivate' Windows when you change the hardware config. This might not even apply to you...just more food to throw up <A HREF="https://www.
feline..hopefully you went to sleep, but you can read this tomorrow...I went back and read the thread you had a couple of weeks ago, along with this one and tried to find a common denominator. The in and out of the graphics card to no avail and then your computer guy does it and it works leads to me to believe it's some other piece of hardware. Since it would have be something that works all the time because the different things you're doing when it crashes it narrows it down to really only two
