Object Dock Clock frozen at 9:05

My Object Dock Clock object is frozen at 9:05, is this a known problem with a known solution?

Delete the clock and then create a new one....new one should jive with system clock

Ok, I've been able to reliably reproduce the problem. It happens every time the computer wakes up from Hibernate. (Win XP Pro SP1)
