well it was working last week and for months prior to that. nothing has changed my side. I'll request a refund if this is the level of customer support
The support offered has been perfectly reasonable but you don't seem to want to answer any specific questions to help us assist you. We are more than willing to try to find out why it is not working for you, but without information it really is q

It would sound like perhaps the Start11 processes are not running. If you open taskmanager do you see Start11_64.exe or Start11Srv.exe on the details tab? My best guess here is something is blocking Start11 from starting. AV packages would be the most likely cause. What AV do you use?
Try using these settings.
Yes Windows has two dark modes. One for the taskbar / startmenu and another for apps. Setting Windows mode to dark will give you a dark taskbar and thus white text.

By transparent, what are you trying to get it to do? The menu has a blur so the background will never become entirely invisible in the background as that would be unusable if there is anything under it thats not basically solid colour.
VoidTools Everything integration is not working with the latest version of Everything. I suspect that Start11 is assuming the default instance name for Everything v1.4, which no longer is valid with Everything 1.5 which currently has an obligatory named instance ("1.5a" or a custom one, in this case "startup", so that there can be a restricted friendly search for Start11 and the option to open a second "user" instance for admin
Hi, New user of Start11 and it is a nice piece of software! But I have two quick questions about it: Tile placement feels chaotic/buggy When I try to arrange tiles in the Windows 10 style Start menu, their placement is very inconsistent. Tiles frequently jump to unexpected positions or groups instead of staying where I drop them, which makes it very hard to organi
It's pretty awful speed for me from the UK. I've connected via a vpn, from the US, and its... less awful, but still pretty shoddy for such a huge company. I honestly wouldn't feel that way if it was a one off, but from this and other threads, it's clearly not.
Which file are you downloading? The performance issue with the main downloads was addressed quite a while ago now.
He has resolved nothing. As for his question about whether Start11 was running, of course it is running. The Start11 special icon is shown.
Have you perhaps set the Start11 menu to open in all apps by mistake? This is a setting you can set in Start11 settings by opening it, clicking configure and scrolling down to the advanced section. If not then please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing as this c

Yes that all works. It is limited to DX9Ex though you can interop DX11 and just blt the final results to DX9EX if you want from say DX11. We have some new stuff in this area coming soon so you might want to wait for that as I think it might be of interest to you.

4.3 Mbps is not that big. KVM mode is designed for extreme low latency over your local network at the cost of bandwidth usage. That said we do have something coming soon which may be more suited to your needs.
