Hey Sean, no has nothing to do with the mouse, I have two identical Logi Trackballs, one is used with this software one is used on a work computer. I can swap them same result. It is only noticeable on the machine that it is not connected to, on the primary where it is physically connected the scroll works fine, but when I go to a KVM machine that is where the scroll has issues.
If this is related to the "autohide" of the Taskbar, I'm very unhappy with this new "feature". I cannot find a way to NOT autohide the taskbar. In addition, the taskbar size is too big and I can't seem to adjust it. Please fix this! If not fixed soon, I'll look for alternative applications. Thanks! ExtractedData is where the dreams are extracted when they are in use. You can clean up this folder if you wish by clicking on settings in the DeskScapes UI, then pick settings from the menu and then on the advanced tab you can click clear extracted files folder.
Not really a comparable situation. He is a small developer. Can't give support at the level of Stardock. But it looks like I won't be finding it here as well.
The issue here is the software was working fine together and then stopped after an update with one of the apps. It does seem reasonable to speak to the developer of that app given it is crashing and nothing changed our side. Unfortunately when you h
i've run sfc /scannow multiple times, didnt fix, and i do use something related to dwm, its called dwmblurglass, pretty sure that uses dwm, so if that can, then it must be something else? is there a way to like have the app ignore if dwm on or off and just try running?
Unfortunately no, the app relies on the OS telling it the truth. If it says no DWM it will disable those features as using them would break badly

If it says the DWM is not enabled then something on your computer is making the DwmIsCompositionEnabled api to return false. My best guess is you have installed some sort of OS mod like windhawk and that is doing that to achieve something else. Unfortunately if that is the case then it is breaking WindowFX and you would have to disable / remove whatever is causing that.

You should check you didn't accidentally add as kvm mode if it is KVM mode and also it isn't on the right hand side waiting to be dragged onto the grid. Another thing to check is the service is running correctly as without that you cannot change any settings at all. Seeing if anything like creating a hotkey or toggling other settings get saved OK after a close and reopen would confirm this.
