Yeah Its really a shamed about the copyright issue with a lot of the things that would look great as skins and designs. I have a Star Wars skin with all the works, but its only for my personal use. Themes such as the Matrix doesnt get restricted by the copyright laws since the coded text and the colors and fonts (wich are basically the things used on the themes) are not registered marks of Warner Brothers. The Hulk TV series never followed the original story line from the books, as a matter of fact , the only similarity that the TV series had with the book is that the hulk was green and bruce banner turned into the HULK when he got angry. If you lock the toolbar it will disable the sizing bar, therefore you wont see that "thin geen line" or any other line that represents the sizing bar
Places or Program list background does not support overlay images, therefore the only way to place an image is to make it on the background it self.

Use the 1x1 size and fill it as Hippy said. Using 'magic pink' wont show it on the logoff window, but when you are shutting down or changing skins, it always shows.

Depends on the look and the type of design I'm aiming for. The programs I use vary from Bryce, 3D Max, Terragen and Tricept to PhotoShop, Xara and Fractal. Dammm!! I just came to realize that I have spend way too much money on this programs >
