The border its nice. I like the colors. Duo Pixel had a windowblind with those same colors its call Doublet and you can find it here https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?searchtext=doublet&sort=updatedate&order=Descending&library=1

have that skin thanx anyways just lookin for somewhat like ps2
like start button wil be the off button like ona ps2 and taskbar like the tray. so forth lol dont wana bug anyone too much ..
