I believe I have seen DT lose with that strategy, so it really isn't overpowered, though it is strong. Besides, it's not always viable, especially in 4-man games. I don't have as big a problem with PD as some people and in fact I'm kinda glad even that an element of the game is no longer completely ignored. Thanks for the response! I don't think anyone here expects every aspect of the game to function 100% properly yet, especially in the newest feature that no one in the community really cared to test much before Beta 4 went live for everyone, so it's all fine; the main reason I started this post is because of that last bug. It was very-very awkward and it's something I haven't encountered in normal MP games.

Well, I don't really think I have won 12 games in that case, unless crashes count as both a loss and a win. As for AI - I really want to find the replay file cause those didn't even look like AI choices they were rather senseless

A couple things, people had pointed out a couple of those ( not on forums yet I believe though) 1. Sometimes when it's matching you up against a certain player you end up in a game with a completely different player, I don't know if it changes your opponent or just that the name isn't displayed properly while you're "preparing to launch" 2. About the goon squads - if you hit a building next to a goon squad (not the one with it) with an AOE effect (Power Surge, EMP etc.) the building with the goon squad will be defended AND you will keep the goon squad on it but the squad will become visible to everyone.

Thanks for the response guys. Now that I've actually played some games, I do feel like my suggestion to resize the map may have been slightly short-sighted.It could help some maps but it definitely will create over-abundancy of resources on others, and no, I never suggested that, that would be boring. Debt is significantly harder to manage in my opinion, so adjusting the power consumption could be helpful imo. New BM effects are amazing, grouping them up in some way could really be helpful though, not only for the balance of the game but even for the ease of playing. What could work is (and I think I heard this idea from someone else before, not sure) adjusting the impact that a shortage or a surplus can have on the resource price based on the amount of players. When the price of a resource I just moved into drops from 100$ to 50$ (in a 1v1 setting!) that is hardly fair. I do agree with most of this as well and I would also love to see BM effects chosen from a larger pool of random ones (maybe as a game mode for now though to make it easier for new players). And since this turned into new BM effects discussion and in light of the new patent discussion, how about something like freezing the effects of all active patents for 30-60 seconds (for all the players or maybe an individual if you target the HQ. If you misclick on this one though...)
