Mine too shows in the demo section. As far as I remember we already have bought the game so it should not show up in the demo section as if we were going to pay again. Cheers, Peter

...but will Galciv 1 be able to do it??? Regards Peter
Hello fellow Galciv players. I searced this forum about Galciv in Widescreen and got the answer that Galciv does not support it. But will it ever be possible to easily support widescreen in it or will it require an major rewrite of the graphic engine??? Best regards Peter
And happy easter to the PM developoment boys'n'girls :HOT:
No more complaints from me (I hope) LOL
Sorry... bad example. If I enter for example Intel Website about their Itanium chip then it would be quite strange if they at THAT specific web-site also had information about Pentium IV, their motherboards etc. etc. not related to the Itanium. Agree?? And especially if news regarding their other products was not announced at their own web-sites but only (or at least first) at the Itanium web site. And for gods sake why can't they announce on the PM web-site about the delay. Galciv has
you are both right, but then why call the web site www.galciv.com as it apparantly gives information about anything related to Stardock. Then just close the Galciv site and have only www.stardock.com. If I enter the IBM web-site I don't expect to find information about products from Dell or Joe's Automobile Emporium or whatever, even though it would be interesting for me also.
I have wondered for long about www.galciv.com. Why is I often read about stuff regarding other Stardock products on the galciv web-site first? The site is for GalCiv but everything else regarding Stardock is also being reported here. And now this post about The Political Machine where CariElf states that the date has been pushed to the 15. April. that is ok, but why isn't it posted on www.politicalmachine.com and www.drengin.net instead???? All posts, announcements on the main page etc. not rega
With the latest cyberpoll about SF I miss a button which says something like "I know it but have never played it". That is my situation and I can't answer any of the present cathegories.
Quoting the review on Firingsquad "GalCiv AI doesn?t cheat, at least not until the Genius and Impossible levels" Is this true????....... I don't think so, but I would like to know anyway Peter
A few days ago Galciv disappeared from the download menu in Stardock Central. It is not because I have turned "show betas" off. Where did it go?? Peter
I were the one origninally making the post about the SETI@Home problems (or so I think :-). I haven't run SETI@home while using DGM since then. I just tried a few moments ago and suddenly DGM is having no problems with SETI??? It is as fast and smooth as always????? Strange?????? Peter
Programs which uses much CPU-power like Fractal programs or the Seti@home program slows DGM down to a crawl and in many instances makes it so slow that it seems non-functioning. So be sure you have turned such programs off while running DGM. I guess it is a bug in DGM, because the Object Desktop component manager works fine with those programs loaded...... PAT :-) Peter
In the OS/2 version you used multi threading to make the AI do movement calculations while the player made his/her moves. Do you also use multithreading in the Windows version.... I guess you do, but I have heard somewhere that Windows has a lousy multitreading performance?... but I don't know it. Peter
Yep, exactly like in the old OS/2 version. OK, I guessed it might exactly what you said here... thanks :-) Peter
I have two times researched "Eye of the Universe". The first, as far as I remember, was in beta1 and the second was today with beta3 and in either game did I could see the whole galaxy????? Has anybody else experienced this??? Peter
The old Drengin manager worked flawlessly so why is the new one so crappy? Peter >:(
Yep, like "Eye of The Universe" :D Had it once...great Steve
