Heart of life has been moved to the artifact shop and its cooldown timer has been double. The effect has been increased. For reference. So, it got stronger and moved to artifact shop, but we don't know if that increases the cost, or how much stronger it is. By stronger I mean Effect. I think this is the right decision, since it may make the item even better, but puts it at a point in the game where it is not as disruptive. I am hoping
Interestingly, the user manual actually states that you gain XP every time a creep comes through the portal on your side. However, it doesn't appear to work in-game. I'm not sure if it's a bug, or was just taken out. Strange.
It only works when you have captured enemy starting portals. Then I'm pretty sure you get XP when guys come out of them. This is part of why catapult rush + flag lock at level 8 can be so devestating. Someo

Yeah, if I play Oak I always get a totem. Mainly because I first buy a monk idol, and that last little bit of money might as well be a ward. Often later on I end up ditching it, or using it, just so that I have another useable item slot. Still though, it is good gank protection.

OP Is completely wrong. There are two types of information in a game: Visible, and invisible, and there is a strict line between them. One could argue there is some middle ground, like when an enemy starts to cast a spell, but for the most part there is just information you should see, and information you shouldn't. The entire point of a UI in a game, is to present all visible data to the player in a reasonable manner. This is because it is information they have a right to know

Why do people always compare vs beast? Beast has the highest starting armor in the game, so gets the greatest advantages out of HP boosting items. Compare, say, Reg to Reg too, or rook to rook. Also, why the additional items other than the base item? Just because they are common? I don't think it is bad info per se, but you should at least include a pure blood vs pure Mard's. Lastly, and I do like to bring this up a lot, but Attack bon

Yeah, I'm not sure. Mines are really good in group encounters, and add some burst to your damage. You are also less item dependant with them. They are also the most consistent 'strong' slow effect. No random proc, no need for them to use an ability. Even shooting pretty quick, it takes a fair amount of time ot equal out to the 1350 damage rank 4 mines does. Might be worth a try however.

I almost never take anklet. Speed deficits are most noticeable when you are running away from a combat that you are losing. Getting a favor item that lets you lose less combats is very often better. (Blood, Mards for instance). The items that give AoE healing are both pretty decent, if used well. Nothing like an extra +1000 Health in burst every 45 seconds to help win battles... and when it effects allies too, it can be amazing.

Spend 150 gold on three Eyes, and drop one whenever you are near Reg. The trick then is to just make sure he doesn't grenade-mine you. Use your minions to as good effect as possible, and realize that when all is said and done, it is a poor match. Assist somewhere else. It's like a snipe build Reg in the same lane as Torch Bearer.. snipe just doesn't stand a chance at close range against a DPSer like TB (especially with fireball).

OP is completely correct. To spit, UB should need to perform a 'hadoken' with his d-pad, and then left click. In fact, this should be the only way to perform the move, and have it be undocumented, something to 'learn' by playing. Grab should be done by pressing CTRL + SPACE and then left clicking. Ooze should be activated by doing a full round on the number pad, and deactivated in the same way. Honestly, the real flaw in the above logic is that "I am

Well, Just to make it clear, his strat could be great, but he just isn't good with his clicking and timing yet. However, I still have a few comments on the build: The first is lack of Mass Charm II until level 8. It is a very important team ability. Stun to get kills, stun to save friends, stun to stop priests... stun is GOOD. Mass stun, massively so. The second is bat swarm 3 at level 15. This is just not a good upgrade of the skill. Bat

Yeah Cataract is a little different with that XP flag, since it is the only unattended flag. Capping it, and keeping it locked, can be pretty nice. And yet later in the game, when people can choke point at it, it suddenly becomes the easiest to keep. Very weird layout to be sure.

This is an interesting topic that I've been thinking about recently, and is especially important when you have less players than flags to hold, or flags in hard to get places: Just going by effect, here's my List: 10% Greater Damage Enemy Portal Flag +15 Mana per second +20% exp +15% HP +30% Grunt Strength +15% Mana +15 Health per second. -15% ability cooldown

Horseradish, I think you may be decieving yourself. If all you are getting is gold, and using that for xp citadel upgrades, you aren't going to get 4 or 5 levels on the opposition. If you are in the situation where you can work a second empty lane, it is great, but I think it is a bit of a mistake to count on that. Also, the raw power of the wrath is pretty mediocre. A Blood of the Fallen enemy is going to have a pretty big health advantage on you, and possibly drive you f
technical detail regarding Mines and creep farming: Mines don't actually count as "your damage" for anything except DG killing. so they won't trigger life leech, they won't trigger for Blade of the Serpent, and they won't tap creeps for gold. they still help immensely in clearing a creep wave quickly but they're inferior to Angelic Fury for gold farming purposes. I was going to reply to this saying Snipe isn't really any good... but compared to enhanced attributes, I can't see not taking it. And heck, Angelic fury is so much better than Attributes it isn't even funny. Lastly, Heaven's wrath really isn't as good as people think, except on maps with more lanes than you can defend. Experience is DIVIDED amongst the DG's who participate, meaning that wrathing a friends lane gets you nothing, you just steal half the xp fo

Depends a bit on the map. On cataract, with an early offensive DG lineup, I'll grab a flag lock to lock the middle flag. Banded armor is pretty solid, though get Scale Mail if you go with Blood of the Fallen, especially on a large map. Scaled helm is very favor item/dg dependant. It can be the little boost you need to keep the mana train going, especially for middle weight mana spenders, but honestly, you are better of saving for the Vlemish.
