did you download a warez copy? If it is, it's a very old version and we are so far adavanced from that i wouldn't even know how to help since i wouldn't be able to remember what all was missing from that version. hope this helps ~SDC~

welcome all! I hope you will enjoy the game as much as I have. I must now give my standard warning... caution! the surgeon general has determined that playing galciv can be totally addictive. 1 game is all it takes, so when the drengin offers you anything...RUN! :) The games seems to be evolving as we speak. I'm one of the gamma testers and to give you an example of how hard the Stardock people work. Yesterday i think i uploaded 3 new versions of the bonuspak.

well i have my nifty trerror star with the de-troller option. It's on autopilot to the moo3 forums. at theED i can't take seriously because he's to much of a coward to show his real name when you try to get his info. and it is sad that some of the moo3 fans have to come over here when a lot of us are/were such great fans of it. but theb again small insiginificant liitle trolls luke TheEd have to pontificate to make up for their obvious shortcomings

and you can also jump the queu and start aspecific project on any palnet you choose, which is very gelpful when you're trying to build up your shipyards on 1 planets to make the most powerful ships you can rich

hi all a couple of points if you buy the game to download and snail mail ship after, when you are downloading the files stardock central is smart about picking up where you left off if you drop you internet connection. There was a thread about ways other than credit cards to buy direct. If i see it again a link will be posted on this thread. By the way be forewarned the game is incredibly addicting (i answer the wife by responding, i'll do the dishes

by the way, there are govenors for the social project build lists that helps a lot in the micro-management. And when you see the bonus pack goodies the game gets even more amazing. by the way guys the saving and reloading was how i found the latest "cheese" problem which was the point of the exercise. So i'm not endorsing it but if you want to play that way go ahead and i didn't submit the game with a score of 4000+ (new metaverse scoring) rich ~SDC~

hi there IMO the a.i. is by far and away the best a.i.'s ever. I have completed over 30 games and it has never ever felt the same yet. There are so many variables in how the a.i. deals with you. How Powerful are you, where are you on the evil to saint scale, do you have something they want. the list goes on. ZIn the whole time i've been playing i've never completely ever figured out the a.i hope this helps rich ~SDC~

hi soulfire! 1. yes the more you play the more point you get. look at the metaverse now and you can see i've played over 30 games 2. the greateer the degree of difficulty the greater the chance for higher points (assuming you survive :) ) 3. There has been a lot of work done by stardock on eliminating "cheese: tactics, so that type of cheating is reduced.
