I have downloaded and installed wb6 beta through SDC twice, and have had the same problem each time...when wb begins moving files to a shared folder, it never stops-it makes a new window for each move. I had 76 moving file buttons in my taskbar. After canceling out all the windows, and restarting the pc, wb started moving more files, and the same thing happens. WB does not appear to be actually installed, so I can't uninstall it, but I'm not sure how I can keep it from trying to move files on st

Uuuuhhhhh, what were we talking about, anyways? <img src="ht
the zoom effect has been much improved, seemily...I likes! One thought though - any chance of finding a way to force OD+ to stay on-monitor when mousing over the far edge icon while using zoom effect? It pushes the last 2 icons off the monitor. A personal peeve, perhaps?(it drives me crazy! ) I used to run 2 monitors and had mentioned in other threads re: the issues with OD+ "bleeding" onto the other monito
You can manually add icons to any given IP package easily enough, and then save or even save as a different theme name...just go to "icons and cursors" on the left and add away! It can be a laborious process, but it works.
The Systray does require OD+...I don't think that the task bar does though?
The face of Islam you choose to accept is the nice, happy, smiling face of the Westernized women at the bus stop. That's okay....but don't deride me for opting for the hundreds of thousand of chanting, fist-pumping, angry faces I've seen over the years on the news, in violent, flag-burning mobs. Oh my... The "news" shows you what they want yo
You forgot skinners in there somewhere oops!
@ maggot: Well thought out and written. steroeotypes tend to be ugly things...anyone think of a "good" stereotype? The only ones that I can come up w/ are that the amish and mennonites around where I live are a honest and peaceful people...but I'm not sure if even that is completely accurate...people are people, regardless of race, religion and/or any other external factors.
I doubt that we will EVER win their "hearts and minds"...I must admit, I might have been one of those Hawks in the beginning, but now my son is 5, and my life changed when he was born... I have no desire to miss more of his life, nor do I have any desire to see him off to a stupid, empty war to die in a street of a town whose name he can't pronounce for no good reason...and your right, Nav...we will never understand their conflict. The irony is that most of the younger teen generation in Iraq ha
i.e. people who will go out an do something stupid because of something portrayed on tv, people who instantly form an opinion just because someone on tv 'said so', and basically anyone who can't think for themselves Lots of those out there...there are 2 kinds of people in the world...leaders, and followers. Most people will be followers, because
The country with the single most number of nukes? Also the very same country that has actually used one in war? Don't think for even a second that they wouldn't use them on Israel & the US if they had the chance...THEY wouldn't mull over it for a second. Deterrence won't have any effect in that situation, though..and unlike Russia & the Ukraine,
Where are these same muslims that are complaining about the 24 series when bombs are going off left right and centre in Iraq and was there that really aloud horror by muslims the world over at the trade center being toppelled and yet a cartoon of the profit gets what happening everywhere, seems to me their priorities need sorting before they can start belching orders <
Well said, brainiac... I suppose there's a fine line between liberator and invader to begin with without those horrible conditions making that line just a little smaller everyday. libervader? We're doing good, truly...but in a place where childre
We have the same kind of violent, hate filled people here in the USA as the Iraqi people do...we just don't have the desperation... I have long harbored a suspicion that there is a direct correlation between global violence and location...the hotter it is, the more violence there is...throughout history. I'd be curious to see some research put into that, and what it stats it would find..
There's a town called Hilla in Iraq...troops came and went through it everyday on patrol...generally, the people were kind and peaceful, and we were welcome there, and children would wave...one day, no one was in sight, and it was eerily quiet...shooters had been watching, and decided to round up the "friendlies" and kill them all (including 14 children) for their lack of animosity towards our us...yes, I said lack of animosity! They didn't hate us enough...Islam is NOT violent, but people can b
Brokensquare Can you please reply with the URL of the skin that you are attempting to make a favorite? Every time I press the button to add a skin to my favorites, a window pops up and tells gives me the old 404 site c
Yay, brad! Thanks for listening to us...I know I'm one who submits a few images at a time, so I'm to blame some for WG issues...Would like to see his hard work rewarded, while not having to slow down my submissions (I get on a roll sometimes, and I don't always have a lot of time to put into my "art")! I still think that having multiple submissions along the same theme SHOULD be zipped together...I know on the old site there were times when the "this just in" box would be filled entirely
IE7 is giving me odd login problems. I go to the forum and I'm logged in ok, I go back to the home page and I'm not logged in:- I've noticed the same w/ IE7, but no consistency that I can see...sometimes I'm logged in, other times not - have yet to discern a pattern... <TABLE cellpadding=8 width="95%" align=center bgColor=#FFF394 class="
Well...I thought you had me in the right direction, but when I click on the "add to favorites" link, it gives a fancy WC HTTP 404 - File not found error...I can download the skin, though, so it DOES exist! I never initially had a "favorite skin", and the one it gave me was not even one I had ever seen, let alone downloaded and assigned as a favorite...hhmmmmm.
Not sure if this thread is still alive or not, but I've posted these complaints on other threads w/ no response, so...this seems to be a good place for them! 1. No downloads for the day showing (as noted on other posts above) 2. No total comments shown, and especially no new comments being shown...I really miss that. 3. On my personal page, the new look "picked" a favorite skin for me (how nice of it...), which I figured out how to remove, But I can not for the life of me figure
Idaho is the perfect world? I'll be damned! Been through Coeur d'Alene on my way to WA...one of the creepiest places I have ever been to..15:00 and not a soul in sight...felt like a Stephen King town! I will NEVER forget that...only sounds were cars on the highway going by - all 2 of them!
Keep this up & we'll all go blind!
I think for my $20, I get PLENTY of content to download....too much to wade through, mostly...& Zoomba is of course correct - nowhere does it say that ALL content on WC is free...sheeeesh.
Still getting used to it...one issue i've noticed is that I no longer have a comment total at the bottom of my skins page...I miss that...
Fuzzy Logic is right...you can select different categories to search the galleries for...I just can never seem to remember that the option is available...kinda like ranking items - I can never seem to remember to do that either...
