Open WindowBlinds Configuration and from the Settings menu click on My Toolbar. Make sure that the 'Always use the toolbar icons defined in the current skin' is checked. Apply changes and it should work. BTW. If you have the previous version of those skins, make sure that you 'Delete them before downloading the new ones

Ok, for the past couple of days I've been trying to create the animation (.avi) for a skin but I have no clue on how to make it work. I've tried some of the tips mentioned on the Help Discussion board, but that has helped little. I've tried every combination setting on GIF Animator to save the file but it doesnt work when I import it to the skin. I either get an error warning or only half of the animation shows. Well I have try every setting on GIF Animator and the file doesnt work. It looks choppy, colors are messed up and when I apply it to the skin in SS it gives me an error and when it doesnt give me the error only half of the animation shows. I try editing the default windows animation and save it to .avi thru GIF Animation and the result is the same. I even try importing one of Pixtudio's file and save it as .avi and I got the same result. No luck on this side of the screen ><img src="
