Latin4567 , there is a huge difference between making a public announcement of a rip when the work is without a doubt a rip and more important it is ripped from a local author as the first reports were, as oppose to screaming out 'rip' with out proof. It is even worst when you herald 'RIP' after burning the work's comment box. All you're doing is drawing unnecessary attention and looking for people to flame your comments. When in doubt, use discretion.

The shareware of WindowBlinds is limited and does not fully skin the theme. You will need the full enhanced version.(If you pay close attention to the video it tells you that) To modify the skin (size, toolbars, buttons, etc) you'll need the SkinStudio program, unless you know something about coding in which case you can edit the skin via notepad/wordpad. Hmmm.... Ok let’s review this. 1- You specifically stated that you have a serial number for the ToonXP theme but no link to download the theme. Now you are saying you have the theme installed. 2- How exactly are you trying to edit the skin? Well, not all the skins are for Stardock products. As you can see, this site hosts skins for WinMedia, Winamp, SysMetrix, LiteStep, ... which are not Stardock products. But to answer your main question, NO, none of the skins here are for Style XP.

There is not set time to be on a certain level to be promoted as there is no tracking of how many people are on each lever or class. Promotion comes via contribution. While high levels (1-4) are achieve faster via monetary contribution to Stardock, user class (Apprentice, Journeyman, etc) are achieve via contribution of quality upload work as well as assisting users on the message board and positive input on the skinning community (not just here on WinCustomize) <TABLE cellpadding=8
