I had a problem after I installed from the CD, then tried to download WB6 as well.The server asks for confirmation, says it can't download it, possibly because the firewall is blocking it. In the end, I had a hunch that it was because my browser was set on "Block all cookies". After I reset it to allow cookies, the download proceeded. Zubaz, That's it exactly. It's an accomplishment to be able to miss that. I've never clicked on anything except Suites,and only used Theme Manager to create suites. I'm curious about two more things: The skin your using looks like Woody except for the buttons. What is it? I'm also wondering where all your skins are. I only found 2 pages on Wincustomize. Thanks.

Hello Zubaz, Stardock is selling a snapshot, not a daily snapshot. (https://www.stardock.com/products/odnt/cdsnapshot.asp) Installing from a CD is faster and less knowledge intensive than the Stardock Central download method or the remove archives and reinsert archives method. The same choices made using SD could be made installing by CD. Updating by SD I like. For Theme Manager: I know I could install an icon package that way by creating a theme, a slow process. Zubaz,thanks for your time. I'll try to be concise. I'm new to skinning, I'm a user. I went looking for a launcher and found ObjectDock, then Wincustomize,then Object Desktop. I bought Object Desktop, saved $10 and spent about 24 hrs. downloading it ONE piece at a time. I then needed to move it to a new computer. Do I buy a CD or find the archives by poking around in Program Files & other places, not knowing where they were? (You are advised to put them on a CD by Stardock when you buy OD).

First,I'd like to be able to actually buy it on a CD in a COMPLETE form; not a small collection of out of date components that forces you to download the whole thing anyway,and thereby forces you to learn how to archive, and then dig into Program Files to find the archives to save the files,and then reinsert them, and then restore them.(Apparently there are no plans to offer an actual version of Object Desktop,even though it is claimed to be a "snapshot").
