Yup, I've been bashing me head in with the CEO Scientific campaign. I just have not had the right combination of buildings, perks, and maps come up to ensure victory. I can absolutely beat almost any campaign with any HQ on Manager or lower, even on Scientific. However, CEO's got a grip on me. It's very difficult, I mean FTL hard-mode difficult. I mean Water Temple difficult. Gah! And the only reason why it is so difficult is because you just start with one less cl
It's true that actual shorting does not exist, but a player could technically 'short' (okay, really, it's 'sell') their existing stock of a resource when that resource is currently experiencing a surplus event, with the intent of purchasing that stock back at a lower price.
