No, it's not unfair. They pay for the privelage of playing the game months before anyone else, and the satisfaction of knowing they helped make it stable. If the beta got given to everyone, it'll be a total nightmare. Previous open betas have proven that, due to the sheer stupidity of people who don't know what the word "beta" means.

No they can't, because you can't post the XML tags. Even if someone was to post the description and stats, you'd still have to mod it in yourself. It's extremely easy to do. Just copy and paste the tags, change the name and description to what you want, select a file for the party image, and choose your bonuses and penalties.

Fawlty Towers is a classic English comedy starring Monty Python's John Cleese as Basil Fawlty, a rude, abrasive, hateful hotel manager who has appalling luck. GW: Basic easy victory is zerg rush planets. Focus on planetary techs, go straight for the goal. If you HAVE to fight the Dread Lords (or just want to crush them anyway), it's VITAL that you get maxed planetary invasion ASAP. With decent soldiering, the DL wont capture your planets. Then just tech up and gank them. This works against the DL, against the Drengin just do what you'd normally do, outtech and outmilitary them if possible.
Last time I checked, moral decisions happen randomly in game. You can also create your own. They've been toned down a lot, but I'm sure they're there. Not entirely sure about specific parameters for them like being in a war, and I'm also not sure how kindly the AI would take to that.
