dynamaso, oh i see, the hospital surely isnt an easy environment. I am too sensitive to work in a hospital, i think i'd be fainting or vomiting 24/7, even if i was workin in the administration part....

iamheather, it's true i have something about smells too. A perfume can remind me someone, a scent will bring whole scenes to my mind, a cooking smell will remind me of my mum, or whatever. It's weird, like i remember smells better than anything else! dynamaso, so what do you do now? Are you a doctor? imajinit: you naughty naughty boy... But then again what is the aim of l

Just wanted to add my little opinion here. it's true i have french blood, and i have lived in France and well French people i've known heaps. And well, i dont think we should generalize. Some are cool, some are a pain, some are geeks, some are weirdos, some are old, some are young... yeh well the list goes on. Dont judge a French by his nationality, give everyone a chance, no matter where they're from. And if the dude turns out to be a dickhe

Awww, that was sooooo sweet dynamaso! *tear* It's true this thing about impermanence. It's funny how we are so fragile and still take life for granted. I wish i could be more aware of the impermanence of things. How everything is a gift. And how i never seem to appreciate life enough... CARPE DIEM;)

Thank you Rod Brocks. It sometimes hits me like that. A dark mood, that brings dark thoughts. Maybe i am missing something in my life. What would you do if this was your very last day on earth?

17 Replies 2,813 Views

It's often hard to deal with yourself isnt it? You dont understand why you act and react like you do sometimes. And you feel like you're a stranger to your own self.

I dont know why but i am in a dark mood today. I was wondering what i would do if this was my very last day on earth. If i knew that tomorrow i would leave the ones i love. Mmmmh, tricky isnt it? If it was a working day i'd take the day off, wtf, i'm dying tomorrow. I'd buy with my savings an airticket for my boyfriend and myself to go see

I know what you mean Tex. Last year was my 1st X-mas without my Mum, Dad & Bro. I was with friends, but it is just not quite the same. Christmas is all about family, and when you are far from them it feels unfair. But know that those who are away are always close in heart. xoxox

Thank you for your advice tina, i'll talk to him about it. Manopeace: i think dharma is right too, but i cant help and still worry, my boyfriend seems quite convinced and keeps delaying the visit to the doc Dharma: He doesnt have hepatitis any more, and i didnt caught it so i guess i'm safe. You can get hepatitis A through contaminated food, he's got such bad luck...

Well after searching and searching all i found is: Chickenpox as an adult is more severe than when you're a kid (which i witnessed is true) Mumps can cause sterility but in only rare cases So i am really hoping this was just a hearsay and that my boyfriend (and i) doesnt need to stress..

17 Replies 2,352 Views

Oh i dont worry too much bout myself you know. If i was to have chickenpox i would have it ages ago, cuz i haged around his godson and him when they were sick and well nothing. But thanks for your concern dharma. I'm still trying to get some infos from the net.

*keep my fingers crossed* Thank you dharma, i've looked around too, and all i could find was that there was a vaccine against chickenpox. dammit! But he had quite bad luck. Right after chickenpox he got hepatites A. His skin and eyes were yellow and he had awful abdominal pain. I hope n pray he is fine NOW....

Thanx Ashlee, i'll be prayin too... Tex, i know it sux big time I asked him to go and check (talked to him over the phone) but he said he'd see and that he had to go now. I wonder if there's a treatment or something he can do to cure it if he is sterile or if it's definitive. I'm feeling pretty depressed righ
