Instead of arguing on a tangent or giving yourselves attaboys, why dont you argue the meat of the blog. History provided a counter point, but Couchman did not claim all inclusiveness. However, his basic premise remains. Those that seek to do us harm, support Kerry. Those who have had similar experiences, support Bush. That is the topic. Let's debate that, and not another topic which can be debated in another blog that you are free to create.

earlier in the day, rudi giuliani stated something to the effect (another paraphrase) that it would have to have been the fault of the troops on the ground--rather than the command or the administration--if these materials werent secured. I have seen the video of this supposed blame. It is cut out of context and does not even contain the whol

Great Idea History. As I am now an adult, I am not embarrassed by my nickname. I picked it up in Jr High. I was kind of scrawny, and wore glasses, so I got the nickname Gopher. No, I did not 'go fer' stuff, I was named after the rodent! I had forgotten about that until I read your blog. Now, I am not so scrawny (Middle aged spread) and as many of you know, I no longer wear glasses!

Hey, McCain is good, but lets forget Billary! Lieberman! Lieberman! Lieberman! It is his time! I hope he will serve. I was so hoping he would win this year. But alas. If Kerry wins, yea McCain. But if Bush wins, watch out for Lieberman! I am not sure that Billary will even win her next Senate contest. I here Rudy may be Challenging her! But it is NY after all......

Gideon, I know where pampa is ( i had a boss from there). But I find it hard to believe that Texas is cheaper than Nevada! I have been to both, and my wife did live in Arlington for a spell. I guess it depends upon where in each state. yea, I can see LV being kind of ritzy!. And Dallas being the same. Glad you are finding it so good. Good luck! Keep us informed!

I have seen one of those (Segways - but I have seen the goldfish too!). They were demoing it near where I work. It is really neat, but not for that price (actually that is about half what they came out as). I will wait for the paperback version, if then. After all, it is still a wheeled vehicle, which means curbs are a no no. And you have to stand on it. I guess for the elderly or those with handicaps that cannot walk far, it is neat. For me? Seems

That's why I think it's stupid when people post blogs about how the Republicans are adopting racists as if the Democrats don't have their bad apples. The really sad fact is that the Republicans rejected almost all of them. The racists that were or are democrats, just retired. The republicans that replaced them were not racist

I like Rudy better, but actually would like to see Lieberman. That will never happen, but I am more than 80% in agreement with his positions, and that is Higher than Bush. if the democrats can nominate a decent candidate (like Lieberman), I will vote for him over McCain. I just am not impressed with him politically.

First, taking a comment out of context is not very sporting. Taking a 2 second blurb out of a 90 second answer is just criminal. Get a better site and look at the whole answer. Second, while Kerry may not have said it, a quote from Lockhart: {quote]"Now we know that the commander of these troops made very clear that his unit's sole mission was to rush to Baghdad despite specific warnings about this facility When your campaign mouthpiece says it, anyone can

First, Kudos to all you Red Sox fans. It has been a long wait. I am acually a Mets fan, so it has not been that long for me. But Curt Shilling epitomizes the way the game should be placed, like Cal Ripken and player of old. He actually had a tendon sewn in place just before going out and Saving a game against the Yankees! But this morning on Good Morning America, the hostess asked Curt Shilling how he was feeling, and he Answered in part: I want to remind everyone to

Brad, an update so you can look forward. After about 1-2 weeks, sunglasses were optional, and while I bought my self a snazzy new pair (first time I could do that instead of looking for clipons!), I only use them when the sun is shining right in my face. On the Halos, well, since winter is approaching, I drive to work in the dark. And I realized this morning (I dont know when it happened) that the Halos are almost gone! 100%^ better than with glasses, as I always had them with

Well, if you had to break the curse, I am glad it was now, and not 18 years ago. I am a Mets Fan!

I won't be surprised if USA were headed to a new civil war, seeing the general moods of and acrimony. (1) (http://www.sierratimes.com/04/10/25/jjjohnson.htm for an US view ) (I'm not saying DrGuy is a loony, Im just saying he's not too peaceful with leftists ) (don't want to create a flamewar, that's not my point) I know I am in your face, but I

All I can say is thank God that our money is going to research things like this instead of cancer and other diseases that threaten the population. This is right up there with the continuing studies for homosexuality in animals. Alright, it exists. Great. Chalk one up for the homosexual population of the world. Now fix cancer! A very sardonic way to pu

Good one Phoenix. I guess I am not controversial enough as I have not been attacked. Just Blacklisted. Does that mean the attacks start afterwards? I like Dharma too, even tho I have only been here a couple of months.

And I suppose that all of the Republican fear mongering, religous-right pandering, and telling people that if Kerry is elected he is going to ban the bible is different? This one is news to me. I have never heard it, but then I am not a bible thumper. Can you give me some links to this so I can verify

Brad, how goes the progress? I forgot my drops for a few days and noticed my far vision getting kind of misty. Started using them again, and things are clearing up! They did not tell me how long I had to be on the Liquid tears, but I guess it is a long time. Small price to pay for no glasses! Questess: I dont know the minimum down here, but they really were putting off anyone under 25. Due to the eyes still changing. If they change that in
