i have always wondered where people get those animated emotions. It looks cool to me and i always wanted to have one, well...get one.



But i noticed that every user who had used these animated emotions have a wincustomize subscription. so are the animated emotions for subscribers?

I use photobucket for my image storage.  You can click on one of them to go there.  They don't need to have the blue frame, I just copied and pasted them so that the link would be there.

ya, it's on my F: drive. shows up on my computer so it must be in the temp file some where.

it was a smiley that keeps going threw a shreader and it's realy cool but not on the web though

gotta upload it from your computer to a webhoster like photobucket or somewhere. Then you get a url generated that gets put in here when you click image.

Yep, it finally came back up. I had this plugin for a while and never could get an update. Apparently it dropped off the net for quite a while, but supposedly it is back.

I don't think so. anyone, subsriber or otherwise can have animated emoticons. Here is a smiley which i made in photoshop. Gosh i deleted its animated gif version. I guess i have to redo the work

Various ways. depends on your graphics program.
Photoshop & PSP will do it.
If you don't have one that will - I will post some free alteratives in a few minutes.
