I was wondering if this is the right place to ask this .. i hope. This morning again I took a look at my stats and they seem to be frozen. Nothing at all working. As I looked around I noticed my logon date it says Jan.5/2005 at 10:13:46. And today being Jan.9 I guess its stuck or frozen, whatever. could somebody help me and look into this? Please....Thank you in advance.

ive uploaded about 5 wallpapers but they never show up and this is in the course of the last month or two. idk is it just that you dont like my stuff or...what? lol

+1. I've upload some walls but all seemes to be rejected after moderation. I don't say that my work can be compare to the works of some greats artists on this site, but I can't believe that it's so bad . In "my skins", I can see "wallpapers (8)" but only 1 is show up, and not the better, in fact I submit those walls to others sites (Skinbase.org and DeviantArt.com) and this wall (Srg003) has not really a great succes. I think that it's a pity that the reason of a reject is not explained.
I'm sorry if I don't respect one rule but I don't know which one ?

I uploaded a wallpaper pack today, but it doesn't show up under the "My Skins" tab. How do I know if it's approved or not like on the old site, where it said "waiting approval"?

I'm quite ok with the fact that it takes up to five days to moderate a submission, but I don't know if the submission got through or not since it never showed up under my skins. The submission was made four days ago (I think) and still no sign of it. An answer would be very nice. Thank you!

T-Man, the screensaver library is putting the skins in reverse order. Newest at the bottom, oldest at the top.

I'm so lost. I've never done this before and I have no idea how to get a new skin to load on my computer. I download it and then it just sits there in a folder and I don't know what to do with it to make it set as a theme. Somebody tell me how to load a downloaded theme.

kschmidt350. Open up the folder where you downloaded the theme to. Just double click the Windowblinds theme icon. The theme will automatically load into the Windowblinds library. You will see a pop-up from your task bar indicating a new theme has been installed. Right click on your desktop and click on properties. Click on the appearance tab. From the Windows and Button drop down menue, select your theme and click on the apply button. Thats it. If you don't want to go to the bother of using your display properties, get Theme Manager. It's a nice program that keeps all your downloaded skins at your fingertips. Hope this helps.

Server too busy? At the old site we had about 1300 current users at peak times. A few minutes ago when the server was too busy, we had 5300...

Hi, small problem here, my wallpaper Blue Mountain valley I updated yesterday morning, Sat. Jan. 15th, and it is still sitting in processing...I think it is stuck! Can someone wrestle it out for me, move it along please!

Hey T-man I have something you might need to look into when you get the chance, I had created a skin pack for rainlendar, but every time i tried to upload it, i kept getting the "page or server cannot be found page", when i would click the submit button, i ended up having to split tha pack, which when i did they uploaded fine.... after talking with jafo he told me that the file size (which was around 6mb), shouldn't of been the problem and that i should bring the issue up with you, he mentioned it could be some kind of script error or something, would have to go back to the artical "What happened to Lynx's den" to know exactly what Jafo said (sorry don't remember).... and i was wondering if this issue is fixed since i had already uploaded the pack seperately, if i could just delete those and upload it like it was to be originally.....Thanks

This seems to be the theme..and it's all different here now as well. I tried all day long today, and the only uploads I got thru were early early this morning....I got 5 uploads in....no problem, right??? WRONG...they all showed up for about 10 minutes...now only 3 are up, and who knows where the other 2 are.
Also having trouble keeping ANYTHING straight on my personal site. Today I had 1000 download award until about 4PM...it's gone...my JOEUSER account and link...GONE...my account status is Journeyman...shows Citizen....the list goes on.
I love this place, but there's a fine line between ...........

Hi T-Man, My wallpaper Blue Mountain valley is still held captive in processing! I had uploaded it as an update and then I thought I would try updating it again, but it would only take it as a new submission, then I would lose all those wonderful comments! please help!!

I'm convinced that trying the StarDock Newsrooms and sifting through the articles will solve most of your problems, but occassionally a holler over to support will get it done....not always on my time, but always done!!!!

Im trying to upload a screensaver. I keep gettting "this page can not be displayed" upon hitting the submission button. I've tried at least eight times.

i was trying for 3 days now to upload and it says unable to find sever how much band width does a dialup have to have before it will work i have dual modems at 56ks gives me 99kbps is that enough to upload ive been though fire walls on/off antivirious program on and off check security settings purged dns deleted cookies and internet files and still the same no sever and talked to my isp theysay is ther a limit on file size and that is no so here i am with a skin and no place to go so speak to me baby!!! hehehe but i realy like to particapate thanks

If you upload (objectdock) and you use the same skin name it deletes the
former upload. i think i now know why this is, but i got me startled a bit, thinking
how do they moderate and refuse so quickly? maybe a litle tooltip above the skinname would help?

I dont know if this will help in debugg but when i tried last night to load a skin and hit submitt it tried and then it said server not found in bottom of my browser it was tryin to go to
