Ok, if you have had uploading issues please try again. Make sure that are on the  www server and not the www2.  THough both should work I have put some debug code on the www server that will help be track what is going on.  If you experience a problem please post the name of the skin, the library and the problem you are experiencing in detail.

Hi T-Man. On the old site 12/05/2004 I updated Preview pics for GANT Toolbars and BlueCurve Toolbars, as well as, GANT Animations and BlueCurve Animations. The animations show in "In Processing". The Toolbars are GONE!
I have two other Animations on the site but the Animation list shows(4).

Hey T-Man. I did an update test on my Thanksgiving Logon and it disappear from the list. It's been about 3 days now. On the old site updates would appear instantly unless the reset date box was checked. Now they seem to go back to moderation but they dont appear on the list as 'waiting for approval'

I've had a couple of Logons is "processing" mode for a few days. Is that where they await for the 5 days or is something being worked on. It doesn't say they are being moderated, just processed.

I've uploaded some stuff, and after reading these post, I'm not sure if they were lost or just didn't make it past the approval moderators. I don't know if it would be a big issue, but if an item didn't make it past the approvers an e-mail that the item was declined would be nice. At least that way we know it is not a glitch. A couple of them were items that were approved before, and these were updates. Also I show numerically there is only 1 item in processing, but two show up on the list (a minor thing, but I thought you might like to know). Also one of the two items in processing has been there for more than five days.

Well after the switch I had a DesktopX Object get deleted when I updated the picture. The item no longer shows up in my list. I gave it a few days and re-upped the object but it still won't show. It's not that it is in my list as pending, it's just not there at all.

Nevermind, found out that you have to change the display. Which personally I found that to be a rather pain in the ass, especially since when you go to my skins it says it's displaying all libraries.

I always thought when you "improve" something you make it better, not more difficult.

I've tried (5 times) to upload a new wallpaper in sub library "abstract" since 2 days.
Seemed to be OK in the progress bar to 100 % but obtain the message "page cannot be displayed".
Nothing appear in my list in submission.
That doesn't help you to debug but I imagine you work hard to correct.

tman I have uploaded a dx theme titled media center world edition and as others have posted it would show as in proccessing and then disappear a short time later-will try to reupload later today though-thanks for the info

This isnt really an upload problem, but maybe somone can help me. I cant seem to get my taskbar and start menu to change with my new schemes. I have DARK TEMPLE on right now, and my taskbar and start menu are stuck on MOON SHADOW II. Can anyone please tell me how to change it to the dark temple scheme?

I'm still having trouble uploading my desktop image to my "update images" page. On that same page I am still seeing broken image links for my personal icon.

I tried to uplaod a screen shot with links to the skins showing, and got a security error message. Seems like certain number combinations are not allowed, and if I'm not mistaken, the number 280 was npt allowed.

Sorry for not saving the error message to provide more you with more correct information.

FYI T-Man. I just (9 AM Pacific, 11 AM Central) Reuploaded the four skins ( ) mentioned in post #1. The Toolbars as completely new submissions and the Animations as updates.
PS: It would be VERY cool to have these back up, as I have the featured skin of the day today.

Ok, I believe I have fixed the issues with uploads getting stuck in the Processing status. And I have pushed most of those into moderation. Since there are quite a few I am sure the admins will have my head because they have alot of skins to moderate now. So give them some time to moderate your skins.

Anyone who is getting the error "This page cannot be displayed".  If you have a Firewall or any security program please try disabling and do a new upload.  I'm not sure what is causing this problem and want to make sure its not a client side issue.

I am receiving always the message "The page cannot be displayed"

I have tried www2 and www, I don't have any Firewall or security program and I am using Windows XP Pro SP2.
I am trying to upload for 3 days now with no success!

Thanx T-Man -- 3 of 4 are back up. A couple still have the old Preview Pics. General question: If I want to change the Preview Pic and or discription do skins go through moderation or do they just get updated if I don't check the Major Update box. I know it was simple on the old site, but now I'm gun shy. Thanx to anyone who might know.

Please try again.  I looking at the possibility of it being a timeout issue.  By default .net is configured to timeout requests at 90 seconds.  I have increased the timeout be 300 seconds (5 minutes). 

So please try again.  And this time, when you press upload, time how long it takes for you to upload or until the error is displayed. And make sure you are on the www server (https://www.wincustomize.com/upload.aspx)

In my case, I uploaded a Logon, was told it would be displayed in one minute and that was 8 hours ago. Still nothing.

I've disable my firewall (and I don't like to do that ...)
Always the same problem.
I dont't know the location of #5 and 8 but #16 and I is in Europe (who had cut the fiber under the ocean ...)

Stupid Stupid Error!!!! Why ASP.Net would throw out a DNS Page not found error for a timeout issue is just plain stupid!

Great! Glad it's working! I'm will be increasing the time to 10 minutes. Hopefully that is enough for dialup users.  I have no idea so if anyone needs more time let me know.

The upload time, took me about a minute with my ADSL connection and other 2 minutes waiting for the OK page!
