I have been in contact with a couple of people from Stardock and they are taking care of me. They contacted me rather quickly, but sadly it was my hotmail account which is purely for spam, but they did track down my real address and let me know they would be happy to fix it.

I am going to go ahead and purchase ODNT as an upgrade to my WB3.

WB4 has not yet been released as such. what has been released is an alpha version of wb4 aka wb3.90

those who are using it have recieved it via the object desktop network component manager.

my object desktop dosent show any new downloads

If you have the OD component manager I think its default is to only show released versions of the various softwares. You can change that to show alpha/beta (not publicly released) versions and then the WB alpha should show up.
