Thinking a lot is a good thing, but it is not everything. You have to go take your body for a walk and some fun every now and then. I forget that sometimes.

/me confesses .. when something of an angry nature upsets me (for instance thinking about how sad it is that we carry around our own feeling police) I am likely to wear a big, thick cloak. It is probably better to spread that emotion out a little more so it is not so intense when it comes. When I catch myself expressing something like that strongly, I scare myself. I think it would probably be better to let a little out every now and then, and then go hide under a dove.

I think it's really the bleach blondes that give us natural blondes a bad rap. I think the bleach eats your brain or something.
