Honestly, I would go to IRC for this kind of stuff, but if any of you have been there recently, everyone seems to be...inactive. Sooooooooo, out of boredom, I'm turning a thread among this msgboard into a chat room, anyone care to join? =P.

It's Sunday night, and I'm bored out of my mind. There's much to do, but I'm too lazy to get around to do it. My boyfriend is busying trying to get Visual Studios to work so I can't talk to him on the phone....and we can't seem to talk over the phone anyways...it'll just be silence mostly.

New Semester started........so anyone alive out there to join Elffie in this chat marathon? =P

Let's try not to let this post hang for over 2 hours, hm? =P

GM, if you are here, out of interest what colour do you think would be best for my sparkly dress?

feline, do you know the look of the inside of an abaloni shell, or a pearl that when you look at it it is first one color and then another and all so fleeting that you have to keep looking to maybe understand a little if you really see the colors shifting... do you know that look? That would be fine for your dress... people would be having to look, and then look again to see if they really saw, and if your tail brought your dress up some, well maybe it would make them all happy and hopeful inside.

you have lost me here. i will admit to confusion over when and who to hug on line, but normally just view it as a sign of friendship and friendly affection. i am not sure how else to say that i am very pleased to see someone.

also, it is a lot easier here, it avoids all the messy problems of hugging someone in real life.

Well, I was only meaning that when someone or someones are happy to see and giving hugs and stuff and then I don't offer one back it is because I don't feel graceful in doing that and not because I don't want to return the happyness... I try to pretend and use hugging words, but I don't match the real hugging feeling with my words and .... it is all complicated.

I get all hug-tied so to speak.

that make sense.

/me was starting to go through the *mortified fear i had upset someone by hugging them* phase again

as for the offline feeling compared to the online feeling, i dont have a lot of experience with the offline type to compare with, so dont really have that problem.

perhaps we need a new word / mental image?

/me wonders how else to convay the idea
um, suddenly i am not entirely sure what the idea i am trying to convey is. it is sort of a compound mental image.

Me either... I have slight experience, and therefor no template. But talking about it makes me see that that only means I can design my own mode of hugging, though it may be awkward at first. (kind of like your dress-designing)

It is a welling up of my happiness and a wanting to share it with you so I use the word hug to convey the idea of enveloping you in a cloud of happiness, and comfort, good feelings, and stuff like that. And the word that comes close to all that is hug.
