while driving home from work, i got to thinking about OC and cheese
yes, sometimes i think about some strange things

i am not sure which types of cheese OC likes most, so i hope he likes the type of cheese his tree house door seems to have turned into

from there, i started thinking about those "hedgehogs" we used to get when i was a child for parties. you took half a melon, and then covered the outside with lots of little cocktail sticks. on each cocktail stick there was a cube of cheese and a cube of pineapple.

/me remembers *really* liking those
so, i have had a busy 5 minutes with my magic wand, and i have created and set loose a new type of creature on the chocolate planet!

they are small (about 2 feet long) hedgehogs! the spines are firm, but not sharp. after all, i dont want to risk anyone getting hurt if they fell over one of the hedgehogs!

and the best bit? a lot of the spines are loose, and regrow and they come with cheese and pineapple cubes on them!!!

since i wasnt sure which type to make for OC, i have made hundreds of different types, including loads of cheese and cheese types

/me is now strongly tempted to ring the door bell on OC's tree house, and then run away before he can answer the door!
that way, he can come out and see the lovely new hedgehogs!!!

i have just been told that one of my colleges is going to a conference on primary care.

one of the events at this conference is "On The Catwalk", which is described as:

"A major event hightlight is the Primary Care 2003 Fashion Show, with the latest healthcare uniforms including front of house, GP, nurse, paediatric nurse and therapist."

so, basically, for work, he has to go to a conference containing a fashion show of the latest nurse outfits. given his well known aesthetic appreciation of the female form, i suspect this is going to be one part of the conference he wont miss.

so, since it seems that fuzzy is going to have to go back to work soon (but at least he is well again ) perhaps we should have our own work training / fashion show event?
