2007 is quickly drawing to a close, and wow what a year it's been!  The new WinCustomize, Vista, Dreams, SoundPackager, Xion, WindowBlinds 6, the Charity Drive, the Alienware Contest, and more spectacular skins than you can shake a stick at!

Around this time of year, a lot of sites start doing their "Best XYZ of 2007!" lists, and I thought maybe we could get in on the fun with a few of our own lists to mark the best work of the past year.

In order to nominate someone for consideration, post a comment below with who/what and for which category.  Nominate as many people/skins for as many categories as you like.  If you're not comfortable posting publicly, you can PM me via the forums... BUT if you're going to PM me you have to do it in a very clear format.  If you don't give me a nomination in this format, I will not count it.

Go ahead and nominate for any library you like.  However, if a library gets less than five items nominated, I won't be running a poll for it.

You have to get your nomination in by end-of-day Wednesday, December 12th.  We will start running polls over the weekend to determine the favorites, with the results posted before the new year.
