Depends. I could go second fleet off the bat if im not going econ, or if im rushing multiple caps. Usually if you are on the front u get first upgrade right away, and then only upgrade if you hit the cap and have income to build more ships.
Astax
It does happen. Its awful, Usually it results in minidump.
Oh the good old days when u could autocast 10 gates at once and get over 1k fleet supply beyond your cap [e digicons][/e]
I like it the way it is just fine.
Im a bit meh about this because artifacts are cool, and random yes. But you invest money in what you get. Map random planet traits I would say make them all have to be discovered as well none will be inately on the planets. But most likely I think it would be best to have them not there, but it does have less of a priority then the others because you actually have to buy this 'randomness'
Honestly, I alwa

I cant believe they took it out. I been saying it needs to be put back in for ages.
It is no longer in real time, it now does it at the end of the timer.
cool, I added your server to my ts. I'll check in from time to time
Why not make your own editor then?
I seen 380 in Entrenchment I believe (or was it early diplo I dont recall).
I never did understand why a titan keeps it's level and experience after it's destroyed. It sounds illogical and it makes losing your titan much less of a loss.
I believe that was the reason. Because losing your titan was a death sentence otherwise.
I love colored skyboxes, including the bright one. IMO going for "realism" when you have things like phase jump in a game is silly. The colored skyboxes really add to the game.
Are you sure people leave or they crash, which still happens. Also, are you sure the game is not already decided?
Think about Modular architecture is that if you go akkans first, you kinda negate some of the bonus of it since you get free extractors. Still I do try to get it in early in any situation where I will go civil.
What time of day? At most u'll find 5 games, with 2 being open during primetime.
HC rush overall was a great strat. Only thing that put a damper in it really was when carriers were buffed to hell. But now that carriers were nerfed again for diplo, it might work.
There is a reason for #2 that was stated LONG ago, and I doubt it will change. Basically if you only paid for fleet you are fielding, it would be much too easy to replace your losses. This would mean that battles would be indecisive, because you could just rebuild your fleet in a jippy. Also when you fleet up is a very strategic choice right now, changing how the upkeep works would remove that choice because you can always scrap your whole fleet and go back to making money
Originally, I envisioned moons to be like the metal/crystal asteroids. They were attached to planet and once you colonize the planet, you could build on them a moon base, that would provide a stead income of credits.
Can anyone enclose some pics of moons. thnx

I thought you said goodbye to pc games because Sins Rebellion required steam integration?
Yes indeed. I do not play new games. I still play some old games like League of Legends or Moo2. And of course occasional Diplomacy. However, far be it for me not to impart my knowledge where it could be useful.
I too would wager it would be unbalanced. But having an enemy captured frig factory function as your own (making your ships) would be nice. Those are expensive early on, when every bit of resources counts.
I think they just need a damage boost. they only cost 1 supply, so they should be cheap.... but their damage is a bit too low.
Ummm I would say no. Everyone remembers the old Advent scouts. Lots of little things that do damage will kill you.

Yeah Valve and Blizzard are in-love with each other... so much so that they just sue each-other for fun! [e digicons]:D[/e]
