If you were to ask me what I thought was the worst part of the game I would say scrapings utility for success being so mismatched with how low its prominence in the UI is. Not only can this make it annoying or confusing to use but for new players psychologically makes it seem like something you shouldn't do even tho its important. In this mode you can't buy stock and for the first 5 mins everything is normal but after that time if you have the highest debt for a consecutive period of time you get eliminated. So I was playing vs the A.I and during an auction I bought out the A.I that had made the largest bid for 1 extra claim but after time became unpaused I got no extra claim and the A.I couldn't have used the claim since I owned him before he got the claim. In the end it was like the auction had never happened.
THE RESEARCH/ UPGRADE PROBLEM I don't see people use the labs that much and it not uncommon for people to never produce chems. There are several reasons for this most being you can easily win without so why waste money and claims on it. I would recommend removing the patent/engineering lab from the game and give level 2+ HQ the ability to do research making it a lot more desirable for people to slip in there and do a little even if its not their focu
