Yeah its a bit confusing, ingame it says 16/7, it doesnt say ANYTHING about what timezone or even what time during 16/7. I mean its friggin morning 17/7 in europe now. What TIME do they actually start the damn thing?

Going HP/Ooze build, grab a few Sigil of Vitality. Having some 10000-15000hp is just insane. Grab Sludge Slinger as well, its only 750g and uses up Consumable slot. adding another 30% reduced attack speed on top of your 40% from Ooze, well you get the idea. I usually use Foul Grasp and then Sludge Slinger if the target is a melee class and I expect them to not run. Considering its on a 30sec cooldown, wow. You can also throw in Wand of Speed and your covered for your speed issues. Its great f
Does anyone actually know what time? Im in a GMT timezone and theres like a couple hours left of the day, so I can safely assume were going by american timeframe as far as the 16th goes. Or is that date just like a "Well sometime after the 16th..."?
I think instead there should be some sort of scoring system based on your win/loss ratio that is shown somewhere in the lobby next to a persons name. That way you can quickly decide BEFORE a game starts if the teams are equal or not. Theres similar systems in other RTS games and it usually makes balancing teams up a lot easier, being able to weed out super noobs or über pros quiet easily. I mean currently I think the biggest problem is the game matchup system, inex
Doesnt really serve much of a purpose to slander someone doing badly, unless the finaly rage quit. in which case the person was probably a selfish asshole and deserves a couple "friggin noob". One thing that really pisses me off (although I hardly take it out on others) is when im really looking after my teams best interests and some random guy just wanders of and keeps on screwing things up. Either due to a short attention span or just plain clueless, who knows. But its ever so frustrating..
minions rewarding xp/gold would just be insanly unfair and imbalanced, considering a general must first spend precious gold to buy the Idols and then spend mana to actually summon them. Not like they are THAT useful in the first place.
Speaking from experience, you can only be as good as the rest of your team. Theres really no easy picks for a Demigod that will turn a poor player into a unstoppable killingmachine. One thing ive noticed though, if you try all the Demigods a couple games each, it REALLY improves your survival chances in overall. Not to mention it makes it easier for you to work together with the rest of your team, knowing everyones strong points and weak sides.
Yeah defintly, its hard to find good (read: people who dont rage quit and put up a friendly challenge) so rematch would really rock. Infact they should add somekinda iniative for it as well, like bonus favour etc. Anything to decrease rage quiting and conceding.
This is something thats really annoying, the chat window doesnt stay ontop once the game ends. Or does anyone know how to fix it? Id like to stick around after a game to chat a bit with everyone, but its kinda hard when you cant see what they are typing :P
Considering the AI is a friggin retard and I always feel bad for rage quiting when things are going obviously bad. Lately ive realized I can just sell all my gear as last time effort and upgrade my citadel. In one game I racked in some 15000 and managed to upgrade to giants all by myself. I lost the game due the idiot AI, but I was suprised I managed to stay alive for another 20 minutes, untill a cordinated double lock down of my portals finaly ended my reign of terror. Ive been tryin
I dont think you can really go wrong with either Diskeeper or PerfectDisk. used both for years, although ive settled with PerfectDisk for now.
A good tip later on during a game is to add more Colony Modules to a colonization ship, that way you can transfer more citizens during the initial colonization. You can also use a colonization ship as a shuttle for transfering citizens from overcrowded planets to lesser populated ones.
I dont really mind strategy games on consoles (although I personally prefer playing them on PC cause its just easier with the controls etc). What I however dislikes are games that are developed for consoles first and then ported over to PC, cause they generally tend to be just plain horrible. As far as strategy games go, I hope they keep on developing them for PC first and then porting over to consoles.
Hi there. Was just curious, does metaverse scores work with the Arnor beta(s)? Forum Search function turned out to be as helpful as a rock in the desert.
Where is V for Vendetta when you need him? The un-armed civilians need to make a plan to rush those troops and grab their equipment with minimum losses. Or at least called on the troops to join their movement. Its a country consisting of some 50 million people, over 90% of those being Buddhist. The problem is that the junta is being supported by powerful nations like China and India who supply them wit
My bad, did search for a appropriate forum section but guess I missed it.
First off im aware this might be completely off-topic. Although as far as im concerned, democracy is never off-topic. I just wanted to raise awareness of the fight for democracy in Burma. Currently very little information reaches foreign media from Burma, since the military junta started its fight against the peaceful protests and democracy movement. Its up to those of us with the option to voice ourself to react and not succumb to silence in the face of evil (even worse than the D
Any chance for getting somekinda tech value feedback when trading in diplomacy? Etc have the development cost in brackets next to the tech name: "Warp Drive [1000]" "Xeno Entertainment [500]" and so on, this would give a better estimate on exactly what your trading with/to.
Just wondering, which of the forum sections is for posting player feedback/suggestions on changes/fixes/ideas for GC? Should I drop the post in the beta/bug section? Shouldnt there be a dedicated forum section for player input? If you do a search for "suggestion" it shows posts all over the place.
Again, my bad. At a closer look Ship Range does seem to work with the Ownership filter. I guess the problem is that the the Ship Range filter has a color that is virtually impossible to distinguish (at least on my monitor and the color settings I have). What files modifies with color of the Ship Range filter? A more green color would be more fitting than the light grey one that it uses by default.
My bad, shouldnt be posting before morning coffee While were on the subject of the minimap, is there anyway to enable the Ship Range view while having territory view enabled? Or is there hotkeys for enabling/disabling the various minimap functions.
No Glare Mini Map
I got mine in the confirmation email when purchasing from Stardock, no idea how that works if you bought it from a retail store. But id assume its on a piece of plastic attached somewhere inside the cover or manual.
So what your saying is that a ISB has its own set IP value and further modules enhance that value, it also stacks with other ISB in range? So it doesnt really matter where you build a ISB (in your border, enemy or empty space at the end of the galaxy), the ISB will always have its default IP value to work with? The influence value is also strongest at the starbase location and lowers down as you reach the border of the sphere? Which would mean if trying to convert a enemy plane
I want to know how capturing other races' tech will be handled (ie getting a slave pit that exist on a planet that had been captured). I imagine it will be no different than it is currently... you can already capture a planet with alignment-based planet improvements on them of an alignment not of your own. Some techs may be unstealable or untradable, but I imagine you can still always capture plan
