Sorry to say but this one is craching more that build 1:( Had a crash when I was in the chat room and right clicked on a persons name, and I had a crash when I accidentlly scrolled my mouse wheel. Just letting ya know.
Yea I am still having problems. I used Winamp 3 to make a m3u playlist I saved it in my music folder, I opened it up and resaved it in my Playlist folder within the Galciv directory. Now when I load the playlist it doesn't play but on the game screen it cycles through them quickly over and over again, but no music is played. i thought i followed these directions. Some help is needed please.

That is the only thing that is truely lacking in the entire GalCiv experience, the manual is severelly lacking.
I like the above idea about trade. There does not seem to be much strategy in trading. Just get it to green and you are good isn't as deep as I had hoped for. Is there any chance of successfully completeing a deal when in the yellow?

No it is not in orbit. I only had two ships in orbit, yet when I clicked on the ships name in the ship window in took me to that planet. Thanks for the MP3 help.
1.) How do you get the MP3 player to work? I put several MP3 in the Playlist directory but nothing shows up on the Load Playlist screen. 2.) I have a Colony Ship which is showing up on the ship list however when I double click on its name, it just takes me to a planet. It shows the ships name in the ship info box and shows it fully loaded but I can't actually see it, or move it, or even disband it. Otherwise this is one of the greatest games I have played in a long time.
The ability to make only partial payments to speed up ship production would be nice as well.

My EB came through today and i picked up my copy just a bit ago. I am installing it now. Will Stardock be open to the retail version yet?

Hello, another MOO3 refuge reporting for duty :) I have been watching the GalCiv site off and on for about 6 months, but after MOO3 I am now a GalCiv addict. I have 20 bucks down on my copy at EB and cannot wait for two weeks to fly by. I just had a question I am wondering about. 1.) What resolutions is GalCiv capable of running in? This seems to be a great community, and I am excited to be apart of it. Keep those GamePlay examples comming as they are my only fix until release:)
