Then use lvl of governance in tech tree to say how many planets one can put into a region. Higher lvl = more planets/region

From what i have read it seems you are rushing a specific item. I would suggest you not rush so much and be more balanced on your decisions. Specializing in one thing is sure to bring you down.

My self and other wanted it ever since beta. I see it as a dream. If we could not get one then being able to put passwords on in the set-up screen would allow us to make a round-robin of the save game.

I like to specialize an empire the have to win using what they are worse at along with not touching the economic wheel or slider, not knowing the tech tree and starting on a side. In short make things as difficult as possible for yourself.

If Options/Interface "Skip Intro" is checked then i would wonder if deleting local content and re DLing it would fix it. It sounds like it may be something in your setup.

You can set a colony to be your home world in the Gov screen. physically moving a planet. i would say no.

To search for someone in the meta need to know who I am looking for and how to spell them. could you add a way to search my friends list so less knowing and thus searches started faster. This way when one starts a new multi they can friend those people and look up their stats easier. If this takes off then make multiple search groups, not just friends. Maybe even the ability to search all players in a group so one does not have to do each player individua

The two basic things I see are TMI (too much information) - How to use the AI and ques. Basic mechanics - How to move ships and use each screen. A third thing could be to know your ideology and tech tree.

At the start you need to explore, colonize and build build build. Do not forget about focusing. After your approval starts to go down go to a more multi task way of doing things. Also the more you know about the ideology and tech trees the better. Forgot to add that you can have the AI do lots of menial stuff till you get the hang of things. Although it is good with numbers strategy seems to be best when I rum the show.

i7 laptop with gen 3 cpu, 16 ram and Radeon 7910. It will slow down after a while but never bad. I play All games as insane with at least 10 majors and 5 minors. Usually Insane with 49 total.
