I am finding I want a Garrison on a planet but have none left so I need to get a General or live with it. I would like to remove a G from a planet that does not need it and put it on one that does. I understand that this would lower some things on planet A; but the trade off may be worth it.

I also added the MOD that lets you train 1 admin.
I will also say yes to the idea.
That would be a nice MOD to have if the 2.3 update does not take care of it.
When went to uncommon for stars and planets all worked fine.
I have tried both star frequency and planet frequency on Occasional . My habitable planets are rare and still get lots of habitable planets. My goal is to get a BIG universe (Ludicrous) with lots of stars but colonizable planets few and far between. Could you adjust the numbers of add a choice with less planets then rare.
On 1. Your preference On 2. I like drop downs
Like Star Wars I need Regional Governors for my Ludicrous map. I have only colonized a fifth of the map and already at 50+ colonies. The default star setting gave me so many planets I need/want to spend additional admin points for governors for groups of planets.
I like the adjacency idea the most.
It is dif every time for me. I go by Race, Situation and my mood. I have gone with one ideology and a mixture of them depending on what gives me the best bonus for my plan of galactic domination.
Projects are dead. Actions are alive.
Not sure but don't silicon races need a resource to grow. My first guess is Durantium.
Would be nice to have. I like to have my L hand doing the keys, my R doing the mouse. If I could I would have me feet also doing something.
It sounds like it was smart. It knew you wanted them and selling the ship would give it to you so...
My first guess would be diplomats and trade routs.
Put the custom ships in the Crusade folder.
I played Crusade for a bit, didn't notice. There should be diplomacy techs that can assimilate minor races into your empire with bonuses. Basically similar to Civ 5 city states. Minor races can only have one ally. After allying with major race for X amount of turns you can assimilate them.
It is a nice idea but as I understand it minors are on the way out.
It sounds like you need a patch so your graphix card works right.
Did you put them in the Crusade folder or the GC3 folder.
Just got a popup from the Slyne to pay 21 credits a day not a week
Quoting Sycloness, reply 2 Well that sounds cool. Now someone needs to release a tech tree chart with all the techs related to traits and abilities. Going to take me forever to figure out my new race. I can see Brad smiling now. Guess the AI can kill me now I have no idea how to play th
What are the requirement for the png.
Make your family citizens. You be the dictator and everyone else runs the planets etc.
I have not been able to find any 1950s saucer shape UFO ships for my Digitizers. Any ideas that I can do.
