Are you talking about an avatar or a skin you made? An avatar should show up fairly quickly. A skin has to go through moderation. Takes about 3- 5 days....

Why did Microsoft condem Kol for making a Vista skin and let all these other one's alone? Too close to the real thing? Is my guess...
Under "Basic Settings" in Windowblinds there is a setting "Make 3D toolbars flat". Did you try that? Also, under "User overrides" there is a setting "Make toolbar buttons flat". Did you try that?
Did you purchase Windowblinds or is this the trial? Also, copy and paste your system info from Windowblinds here.
It's more likely OD+ conflicting with IE7. It caused to many problems with me. I just don't use it. Too buggy....
If it's not a problem with all skins I believe the skinner would have to fix it. You could always try to contact them and ask.....
Where did you download that from? No answer? Hmmm.... Though it's pretty silly to ask for support for stolen software...

perhaps it is because I do not install WB to the same hard drive as windows. I don't either and have no problems...

I setted yahoo to be ignored by window blinds in "per applicatiojn" settings.. and nothing.. Did you reboot after doing that?
