This is not a downloaded skin. I'm starting it from a template from Skin Studio. When I go to "All programs" it is still XP blue.

I've done that and still doesn't change it on the more programs menu. But it did on the star menu.....

How do I change the "more programs menu highlighted color"? It is currently Windows XP default ....you know ..the blue. Thx in advance.

Hey Bushman, don't ever uninstall that Norton 2005.... . I had the same problems as these guys. Racked my brain, research and all, will probably have to reinstall SP 2.....bummer.
