Thanks, In that case I wish I had stuck with the completely Free RocketDock - whose only shortcoming is the lack of multiple docks and is just as user friently- in fact less temperamental with icons

Cannot open files by dragging them over icons in the dock in Object Desktop Stardock Forums

I would expect to be able to drag files over the icons in the dock and have them open... For example... grab a jpg file on my desktop and drag it over Photoshop. As per Windows GUI Photoshop should now run and open the file ready for me Is there something I am missing, or can Object Dock not do this? Thanks
