Must be the only person NOT to get his GalCiv in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Well, after posting queries on this forum trying to find out what happened to my CD in the mail, and emailing Scott at his reqest at StarDock, and getting no answer, I guess Im SOL. Paid for it, downloaded it, lost my HD, got a new one, awaited my CD in the mail, never came. So now, I dont have my damn number. Stardock recognizes my email and password, but when I request recepeit number or registration info, it sends me an email, with just my account info. No reg. info. Well, I

I tried both Drengin.net and stardock requests, got the identical email back for both, Name, email, and account password. No serial at all. :( I read on another thread someone just got their CD yesterday, maybe mines in the mail yet. But I'd like some sort of confirmation statement, that they are still sending them out or something, since it seems I SOL for getting GalCiv back through download.

Attn: Frogboy I downloaded Stardock Central, and requestied my serial. It had my email and name on file and sent me a response, but it contained no serial number. :( I just want to play the game I paid for. It was fun, and I do miss it. Are the CD's coming?? Is there anything else I can do to try and retrieve my serial?? RadeFox/Kelly

or, is there I way I could get my serial number resent to me, since I lost mine in the harddrive failure. Maybe then I can go redownload the game. [email protected] was the email I used when I bought the game.

I bought the beta test back in January, I think, and I still havent recieved my CD in the mail. I long ago suffered a hard drive problem, and lost my beta download, and have not been able to get it back, since they had already closed the 'Buy the beta" deal. I read now of expansion packs and add-ons....Did they ever send out the CD's to those of use who forked out the $45?? RadeFox
