Some of the older CPUs did not have fans, all though you could get them as an add on. Most of the 233 OEM (which never come with fans to this day) were just thrown in w/o fans and would run at about the temp (in laps) you're getting. Fans were not recommended, but it certainly didn't hurt. You have another 30 degrees to go before it fries. If it's not locking up on you due to heat, you're fine........ <img sr

feline - This computer seems to be in 'self-destruct mode'. At this point, as a matter of your own personal satisfaction, I think maybe you should consider a 'pre-emptive strike' by blowing it up first! (the old "you can't quit, you're fired") /me marvels at feline's extraordinary tolerance <img src="http://imag

Unless you're using the 'Windows Classic' setting, advanced settings will not over ride the skin settings. Maybe someone else knows of a way to do it thru WB (I don't) but you can't do it thru Display settings. Just read Zodiaq~'s post......there you go <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif"

Maybe to save you from the 'who's on first' folder game. SDC will load your proggies to a differant folder (program files\stardock) then CM did (program files\object desktop). You'll have to copy your skin files over to the new folder or they won't show up when you run each app. If you want to make life really easy.......un-install everything and re-install with SDC (leave CM out). They will install to co
