If you move any of them, do they stay in that configuration? Do you have the "Align to grid" turned on?
The one you linked to isn't perfectly square. Try editing the file to make it 512x512 and see if that helps.

It wouldn't cause your computer to restart like it was. More likely it was dust + psu, and the battery was just complicating matters. Glad it's up and running!

The four most likely issues, in order of severity: 1) Short in the reset button or cable. Easiest to test, just unplug the reset button from the motherboard. 2) PSU. If you have a spare one lying around ('cause everyone does, not just me, right?), swap it out, see if that helps. 3) CPU. Most likely due to overheating. Could be a cooling issue, or the CPU isn't working properly, and is freaking out. Check that the heatsink and fan a

The skin you referenced looks like it doesn't have a 7 substyle. Does it happen with any of the skins that came with WindowBlinds?
Well (dis)played, sir...
Does it happen with any background applied, or only the one pictured? Do both computers have similar specs, specifically graphics cards?
Did you receive an auto-response email when you submitted a ticket? If so, what is the ticket number? I can at least make sure you're in the system properly so your issue gets looked at.

It provides a layer between you and the hardware to make using that hardware more useful.
