In times of very heavy tension, you can't go wrong with furious masturbation. Sorry. Just couldn't help myself.

Whatever you do, don't get into a long-distance relationship. Mine fucked up and left me...well, a shell of what I used to be. Having learnt from my mistakes, I'm on the verge of getting myself into another one. *bangs head on the desk* And now my ex has returned to haunt me too. As for escaping love...mwahahahahaha...you can't. It's that simple.
Nice selection you've got there. Now I can substitute them for my lack of wit :D Muggaz, that is as deep as it gets mate.
I agree with Drop, I've bought all of those suites and the Pixtudio ones as well, I don't mind paying for stuff, in fact I'm quite happy to do so, but I crave new things
Sounds like good advice, I might try that route to change my current apathetic approach to life :) Thanks for the comment on my blog, much appreciated, feels good to know that somewhere out there there's a person who can relate, cheers!
Hear hear, while Brad and I might not see eye to eye on every single issue (in fact I'm quite certain we'd disagree on most), I've "known" him for what seems like ages now, first through the Stardock newsgroups, then WC now I read his articles here and he's a great bloke, so lay off him and give the guy a break. We should be thankful for his passion for communities, his company and all the other things he does for an average user. The fact that I've al
Finally got around to starting my blog, even though I've had an account there for quite some time. Everything's working fine and I'm loving the experience. Thanks guys! Got another reason to luv ya now
Ouch, lots of anger there, but I do agree with your with regards to DesktopX. I've been a Stardock customer for a long time now, but as hard as I try, I can't find any good use for DX, considering how much development seems to go into it, I can't help but think it could be diverted to some other project.
INCREDIBLE! Oh dear...this suite is simply stunning. Bought it as soon as I read about it, and it's now adorning my desktop. I was wondering when the Pixtudio folk were going to release something new...well, I should've known something good was in the pipeline. Well done. Awesome suite.
I'm glad things are being done, cause for the past month or so, I've been avoiding WC like the plague, as a typical page would take over a minute to load, sometimes more, but most of the time wouldn't load at all (I'm on cable, granted, in Australia, but things have never been this slow before). Being a subscriber and all, that leaves me a tad disillusioned. Hope things improve soon
Thanks for that guys, I'll finally dust off Universemetal, it's been a while, old friend, glad to have you back...*sniff*
I don't mind paying for a skin suite, as long as I can afford to, I want to support skinners, since I can't imagine a world without skins Having said that, I haven't found a permanent use for most of the suites I've bought. Pixtudio's PixOS (one of the best suites ever released) and Universemetal were the only two that I've used for an extended period of time (and I still use PixOS on a daily basis). The ot
And apparently soon to be released down here in Australia I saw preview boxes at my local EB. Can't wait to get my hands on it, thanks Brad
Any chance for an update to the older suites? Universemetal and Logika to be precise? Pweddy please... Those two have always been my favourites and now they're very much missed from my regular rotation.
You're welcome. Now on your knees and serve your master! Bwahahahaha! Errr...yes, that was my power trip for the week
Brad, you're sinking to new lows. Get rid of those popups, seriously. You, of all people introducing that crap is just plain shocking.
I remember Pordey's skins, I probably still have a lot of them on my drives somewhere. Although I also remember him copping a lot of slack over re-coloring his creations over and over and releasing as new versions His Sonique skins on the other hand were sensational. I always wondered whatever happened to him.
Hah! And I was around to witness it all. Had the first public beta of WB to boot 0.40 I think it was? When I shelled money out of ODNT all the way back in 1999 I wasn't too sure it was going to take off, hell, when I first saw (and used) WB I didn't expect it to survive. Look at me now, still a subscriber and can't ima
Indeed, the overall originality levels are quite low these days, but then again, I shouldn't speak since I don't contribute my creations, so yeah... If only someone got around to updating some of the original classics
I'd rather they fixed their pathetic excuse for what they call drivers.
My twisted imagination and WB
Just to throw my 2c (+GST) to this thread. From a non-skinner perspective (ok, that's a lie, I just don't share my work), I believe ratings to be idiotic and pointless. An artist expresses her/himself through their work. To put a rating on what someone feels and/or does and thus creates is akin to telling someone what to think. There are a lot of wallpapers, skins, cursors, whatnot that when I look at them I think "Wtf was that person thinking?!?", but I always appreciate their effort and their
GeForce cards, no, basically any nvidia cards are the worst crap for WinFX you can possibly imagine. Stay away from them
Looks great, I'd use it, but no Australia
I agree with the point joe is making. Graphics designers, or skinners as we like to call them are primarily artists, sure, their work is not something you will hang on your wall and show off to anyone who is willing to look at it, but they are artists puting time and effort into what they do as well. Having to talent of my own I am more than willing to support those who do. I have used treetog and Alexandrie's work ever since I can remember and throwing $8 their way every now and then is the lea
