I have updated the Fix thread to make sure that point is clear.
Thank you for clearing that but you state: "These fixes are NOT for gadgets, as gadgets can not be modified. If your weather gadget isn't working, discontinue use and contact the author to inform them of the problem. These fixes are for end-users only." We all know what the problem is - we honestly don't need contacting about it.
Seems kind of extreme to me. You make some of the most creative DX stuff out there, why stop and leave because of this issue with a weather widget that I'm confident will be corrected in short time?
I don't think it is extreme. I don't know if anyone has had this problem but when I try to load DesktopX I get a ' DesktopX has stopped working' message. I have clered the cache and uninstalled DesktopX and then re-installed but I still get the same error message. This happened once before and the only way I could fix it was to reinstall the operating system. I am running Vista Ultimate. Any help would be appreciated.
I don't see DesktopX in that new interface.
Would be interesting to know for definite if it is being dropped. It hasn't been updated for quite a while and the varios problems with it have not been resolved. Right-click also. [e digicons]:annoyed:[/e]
