Window Blinds worked great until this morning when it said there was a new update. I have tried to get it working for hours and there is a support request in. I was told it was because my Object Desktop subscription had expired. That is true. It expired last December but I purchased Window Blinds separately after that in January. It is the same issue here as well and I also have a Dell 8910. On my desktop, medium icons are the size of the old large icons and small icons are the size of the old medium icons. Others have reported this issue as well so I do not think it is a Dell issue.

The latest with Windows 10. Here is an upcoming build 14951 (Redstone 2) which has been released to the Fast Track insiders. I am on the Slow Track so haven't had to deal with it yet, thank goodness. It is not a good idea to turn updates off completely but we can no longer have Windows wait to download and install them using the old method. There is a great article on gHacks.com about Microsoft's insistence on upgrading people to Windows 10 and a lot of folks are angry over their aggressive methods. Having had my own bit of fun and excitement with the 1511 build, I have plunged into total insanity and joined the Insider Program.
