Yeah I understand what you're saying. I think I misrepresented myself on my first post. It's not that I don't want to contribute, it's just I have never uploaded anything before, and my work doesn't exactly match up to most of the Wincustomize artists. I'm really apprehensive. Unfortunately I can't offer much help in the forums with problems as I don't have any Stardock programs.

I don't have any Stardock products, so I obviously have to follow the suggestions laid out in the site if I want to become a level three user. It said that I must contribute by making skins, posting msgs, etc. Exactly how much must I contribute so I can have the ability to rate wallpapers???
