I don't feel that way about McCain. I did get that impression from Palin though during the VP debate. Way way too superficial and trying to get in tune with 'joe six-pack' during the debate imo.
I thought they both did decent. Obama kept asking to move on because McCain's tactic of getting the last word in was this: Obama: start to retort McCain: and... McCain successfully gets last word in. Smart tactic in terms of strategy, but lame imo (because he made no worthwhile point in his last minute droning).
Are you going to be doing any cardio in that time (or you may already do). You probably already know this, but I believe burning ~250 calories more than you intake a day = 1 good pound of weight (that is, not water weight) lost a week.

You know, I really don't keep up with political issues as much as other people on here, but I acknowledge that. There's only so many hours in my day and political news is somewhere around the middle for me. Just curious though...you've posted avoiding arguing with friends and family alot...are they mostly liberal then? Can't edit previous post for some reason...but to add on to what I said...there was a professor who also didn't think there was enough hours in the day and decided he would work off a 36 hour day...that didn't turn out so hot....I believe his circadian cycle was all screwed up after a week or two and was suffering from some depression. -rattasak
I sit at my desk eating my dinner and working on my code / reading research papers...so my life isn't too thrilling either. But hey, I enjoy the stuff I work on even if I get a glazed over bored look when talking to people 80% of the time.
