I did not get any "Thank you for your Order" I only recieved a "Thank you for shopping with Stardock" Which does not have what you posted above. It just has a <td style="padding: 0
Yea I already dled Impulse, I did it after I got the email. I already made an account using the same one I put my credit card under. An did the pre-release and everything els. Yet the game still does not show up.
In the Thank You For Shopping With Stardock email, is the order number the same thing as the serial code when you type it in Impulse to register a game?
I did the same thing and typed in my email at https://www.stardock.com/support/. When I recieved the email back it said I had no games registered even though my credit card was charged. So that confused me even more.
I preordered Demigod the 20th due to posts saying that if i can still get in the beta a week after it is released (the 18th). I did recieve an email saying thank you for shopping with stardock and my credit card did get charged. Yet all the email gave was an order number, not a serial number. Great I sent a message to stardock asking my question about why I only recieved a order number and not a serial number and got "VACATION NOTICE: Stardock Customer Support will be closed Friday, December 19th, 2008 through Sunday, January 4th, 2009 for the holidays. I preordered Demigod the 20th. I did not have impulse installed or an account made. By the time I made one I have already recieved an email saying thank you for shopping with stardock. It gave me a order code, not a serial code. When I type this in impulse to register a game it comes up saying serial code not valid with impulse. So now what?
I read about Demigod in PC gamer and decided to check out the site. While I was trolling the site yesterday I just found out Demigod had a beta. So if I preorder today, or tomorrow will I still be able to get into the beta? I understand I would be in the back of the line, yet does that mean I missed out on it?
