Did I miss Beta 2??

if they charged you then you probably got in
There are some guides on the forums that say what your suppose to do inorder to install the game try checking of of those out

I ordered yesterday (the 21st) and after some time did not get an email with the download link or my serial number. I emailed [email protected] and got an auto reply saying they were out until the 5th or so of January.

Not content with waiting that long, I tried to figure something else out.

I went here:

:and at the top entered my email address and it re-sent me the email, this time I got it, and I've been happily playing since.

I then had to make an impulse account, which I did, and once activated - because I used the same email - everything was all linked up like it should be.

Yep impulse is all you should need to get it on your computer.

I did the same thing and typed in my email at https://www.stardock.com/support/. When I recieved the email back it said I had no games registered even though my credit card was charged. So that confused me even more.

In the Thank You For Shopping With Stardock email, is the order number the same thing as the serial code when you type it in Impulse to register a game?

If you've been charged then you should have beta access. You'll need to enable the viewing of Pre-release versions inside impulse though, there's a thread stickies to show you how to do this.

Yea I already dled Impulse, I did it after I got the email. I already made an account using the same one I put my credit card under. An did the pre-release and everything els. Yet the game still does not show up.

You might have to manually add it to your Impulse account. Click the blue Impulse icon on top left - choose Register a Product. You'll be asked to input your Key, which should be in the mail confirming your purchase of Demigod. Look at the bottom of the mail - don't mistake it for the Order Number though.

In your "Thank you for your Order" email, you should have a section, near the bottom that looks like this:

I did not get any "Thank you for your Order" I only recieved a "Thank you for shopping with Stardock" Which does not have what you posted above. It just has a

If you got charged, then you certainly should have access to beta.

I'm pretty sure the beta should still be charging through, so if you are not getting access, contact support or [email protected]. They are in today to keep the queue pared down, though after this evening they'll be out again until the office reopens after the new year.

When will the next beta window be open or is it still posible if I order now to get into Beta 2?

I orderes a few days ago, and since then I´m playing beta2 , so it should be possible ...

It is still open, but may close soon (can't check at the moment exactly how soon).
