it might be because of the l'accent aigu in Cédric, I've seen quite a few guys with problems when they had some nonstandard letters in their username. Try creating another userprofile where you only use "normal" letters and see if it works.

its a bit offtopic but, I sometimes wonder if it was more efficient to have a video where the developers of the game explain how hard they worked on it and that they do it for a living which shows up on pirated versions before the actual video which you get after beating the game instead of the usual "game will not run (without a crack)" scheme

Did people refused to buy games 10 years ago just because they couldn't burn their game on a CD and give it to a friend (without a crack) I doubt that so it isn't the DRM per se, its the implementation. A fair DRM which doesnt has silly install restrictions like Securom

aren't all online features pretty much invulnerable by just having a cd-key? so what good is securom for online features?
