A better way to do it: create a custom mod folder in your mods directory. name it "portraits mod" or something similar. in that folder, create a folder named "Textures" and drop these .tga files in there. Now, you can enable/disable the new portraits at will!

k, I can't remember my password for this site and managed to get back in by following the link in my email to activate my account for the forums. attempting to click the link to get my password reset fails because the link is broken - wherever it appears on the site. can someone look into this and possibly email me for a followup?
